We  will respond via email to get more information and send a medical screening/history form.  If a retreat is deemed appropriate after the screening process, we will email an invoice for a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your space.  If we have reached capacity, we will notify you of being placed on a waitlist and will send a notification if a space opens up. 

Cancellation Policy

The $500 deposit is non-refundable.  The remaining balance will be due approximately 45 days before the start of the retreat. There will be no refunds issued 30 days before the retreat.  If you cancel 30 days or more prior to a retreat, a partial refund may be issued if we can fill your spot. 

Wellness Retreat Trip Insurance

While it is not mandatory, we suggest that you protect your investment in the event you need to cancel due to illness or another reason by purchasing trip insurance.
