Who is this for?
For those looking to embark on a co-created wellness journey with like-minded and like-hearted introspective others, this experience aims to transcend into a deeper sense of inner knowing to facilitate personal healing and growth. This close-knit group will immerse themselves in nature and contemplative practices that calm and nurture mind, body, and soul.
A highlight of this retreat is Gota’s calming presence and expertise as he guides participants on the beautiful path of yoga. By steeping in the nurturing and calming asanas woven through mindfulness, attendees will be invited into an embodied practice to support a state of physical and spiritual expansiveness. We will engage in poses held on the earth that help connect with mind, body, and breath. In this way, the flow of Prana can be restored to create balance and harmony.
A special note for the introverts among us – There will be ample time for personal reflection and the opportunity for a private room. This retreat is limited to 5 or 6 participants, in which the inner journey is enhanced by the collective Shakti energy of this cohesive small group. Eyeshades and headphones are provided to allow each person an internal personal experience.

The Location
Your wellness journey will take place in tranquil Elohee Retreat Center located in the mountains of northeast GA. You will find yourself completely immersed in nature to include lush forests, a running stream/waterfall, and abundant wildlife. The spring is when the natural surroundings are bursting with new life. Accommodations will be in the lovely Thanksgiving House, with both shared and private rooms. This peaceful sanctuary is located approximately 90 miles from Atlanta, GA.
Ketamine Sessions
Ketamine has the potential to induce an altered state of consciousness that evokes a deeper connection with the self and the larger world. Small group sessions are led by two psychologists and a somatic healer. Dosing for oral ketamine will be determined after meeting with our psychiatrist. While ketamine has a high safety profile, there are some conditions for which ketamine is not appropriate (to include pregnancy, untreated hypertension, unstable or acute psychiatric condition, functional deficits from a brain injury, or active substance abuse/misuse).
